Oy, Jim! You happen to have posted this on day six of no coffee. Paul Bergner's descriptions of coffee withdrawal are all-too familiar.
I suppose I feel more conflicted now. I usually drink multiple cups of coffee a day, and sometimes it seems to speed up my heart rate and make me anxious. But, my plan is to continue on this no-coffee kick for a full week, then see what I can do to reincorporate it in a less dependent sort of way.
Although born in Detroit, Tikvah has been running around Michigan and Japan ever since.
